Warranty Support
We provide the highest standard of warranty support to our clients. Warranty is against any manufacturing defects. Servicing is module based. Our service centers are equipped with requisite logistic supports for emergency / routine services. We provide product training to our customers to avoid undue break downs.

AMC
AMC after warranty is crucial for smooth operations because the power management equipments are to be used for many years and hence require maintenance on a regular basis. This does not imply that the products will otherwise be prone to frequent breakdowns, but as solutions today power super-critical environments, products have to be maintained by predictive failure avoidance. Preventive maintenance ensures low downtime by early detection and monitoring.
Besides the cushion of preventive maintenance, Makvolt Power AMC provides the insurance of breakdown maintenance. Makvolt Power AMC provides comprehensive coverage for all parts and labour cost against any breakdown with a limited investment.
We also undertake AMC of multi-brand UPS systems after inspection by our engineers.

Ad-hoc Maintenance & Repair
We can provide on-site UPS and inverters maintenance and repair service visits and depot repair services for your existing system even if it is not covered by a service or maintenance contract. Repairs are made by our factory trained field-service engineers using the latest tools and techniques and in accordance with the safety practices and electrical codes.
Upgradation of existing UPS
We also provide exchange of existing UPS of third party make with Makvolt Power UPS to enable you to upgrade to better technology or scale to higher power ratings and maximize the performance of your power protection equipments.
